Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind our work, offering customers in good standing a Lifetime Warranty on both the product and workmanship of our foam insulation services.

After your insulation is installed and you have paid in full, you will receive a warranty certificate in the mail.

The Warranty Details

This warranty covers all labor performed in the installation of products and services by RetroFoam of Pittsburgh for the life of the home from the date of application.

RetroFoam of Pittsburgh will perform labor at no charge to areas deemed to have been incorrectly serviced or installed at the time of the original contract agreement.

Warranty Transfer

This warranty is issued to the address of the home and is transferable.

If you are selling your home, please ask the new owner to contact us immediately to update our records.

Exclusion Criteria

1. RetroFoam of Pittsburgh will not be held responsible for areas of the home worked on by us that have been altered, replaced, or have work performed on them by another company, contractor, or the homeowner.
2. RetroFoam of Pittsburgh is not responsible for damages caused by natural disasters, such as hurricanes, tornadoes, lightning, hail, floods, rain, earthquakes, and wind (any acts of God are not covered by this warranty).
3. RetroFoam of Pittsburgh is not liable for damage due to rot, mildew, mold, or natural aging of the surface or home where the work has been performed.
