Our Story

Many of the homes in the greater Pittsburgh area are older, which means they are lacking in the insulation department.

Our goal here at RetroFoam of Pittsburgh is to help homeowners create the comfortable and energy-efficient homes of their dreams. We accomplish this by creating an air seal in their existing walls with RetroFoam injection foam insulation and spray foam in the attic and crawl space.

Many of the homes we insulate have no insulation at all in the walls and little to nothing in the attic and crawl space. This leads to uncomfortable drafts, walls that are cold to the touch, cold floors, ice dams, a hot attic, high energy bills, and several other issues.

Helping homeowners get the right solution for the problems they face is our priority. We are a small business, and we are like a family. We treat every house like grandma’s house, which means we treat your property with the utmost respect. Our install crews are our employees who have been through extensive RetroFoam and spray foam installation training from our supplier.
